Towards this direction, YBhg. Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew, the Chairman of Country Heights Holdings (CHHB) mooted ASEAN DISRUPTIVE LEADERSHIP SUMMIT (ADLS). He foresaw the need for a platform such as this in preparing ourselves to face the looming disruptive market and to further develop this mindset amongst the large corporations in staying relevant in this start-up intense era.

Keeping this in mind and disruptive innovations that has been brought from around the world, we, SHAPERS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (SHAPERS) are organising the ASEAN DISRUPTIVE LEADERSHIP SUMMIT (ADLS) 2018 on Monday, 9th of July, 2018, 9am – 6pm at the Plenary Hall, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

The ASEAN DISRUPTIVE LEADERSHIP SUMMIT 2018 is a one-day summit on 9th of July, 2018, from 9am and ends approximately at 6pm. The registration is from 8am to 9am. Alternatively, you can drop by our office at Level 8, West Wing, Menara MATRADE, Jalan Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, 50480 Kuala Lumpur to pre-collect your passes.

All speakers will be attending LIVE and there will be no screenings of satellite feeds or pre-recorded presentations. You are also not allowed to record the speakers during the sessions. However, you are allowed to take selfies with them after the event is over at the discretion of the speakers.

We allow amendments up to TWO (2) weeks prior to the summit. After that time, or if your group has last minute changes, a registrant’s name can be changed at the registration counter. Please take note that this would require a verification process and consumes time. We encourage you to avoid this.

While families are very important to us, the summit is for adults only. Children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions. Childcare is not available and we cannot guarantee a separate room for parents to stay with their children.

Seven hundred twenty-nine (729) parking bays are available directly under the convention centre. Directions for the parking are as below:

West car park entrance – Take the first left after the traffic light near Mandarin Oriental Hotel from Jalan Pinang. Proceed up the road to the underground access to the car park below the Centre.

East car park entrance – Take the first left after the Main Entrance to Persiaran KLCC from Jalan Pinang. Turn left at the next junction into the underground car park access. Proceed to Level P1 as access to the Concourse level is for deliveries only.

There are additional parking bays available in the adjacent the centre ensuring that parking your car is never a problem such as the Suria KLCC shopping centre. With multiple access and ingress from and to Jalan Ampang, Jalan P. Ramlee, Jalan Pinang, Jalan Tun Razak and from the Ampang – Kuala Lumpur elevated highway, this parking facility has 2,039 bays.

For closest access to the Centre, park in the KLCC Suria car park and exit to the Concourse level Centre Court. Make your way past Cold Storage to the Guardian Pharmacy where there is a LONG air-conditioned pedestrian walkway (open from 6am – 11pm daily) through to the Centre. Take the elevator to the Ground Floor where you can access the Centre through the West Entrance. You are advised to be early.

Although we very much like to, we do not provide transportation. However, KLCC is accessible via GRAB and public transport.

For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all sessions. Your registration constitutes permission for us to use your likeness in promotional materials.

    • There is no refund of the registration fees upon payment made. There will only be full refund for all duplicated payments.
    • Kindly take note that refunds will be made AFTER the summit within FOURTEEN (14) working days. Please notify finance@shapers.my.
    • Participants are responsible for their own costs other than the summit participation rates. For those who have taken the F&B package, lunch and coffee/tea with snacks will be provided.

ADLS 2018 is 100% HRDF CLAIMABLE and Malaysian participants are eligible to claim 100% of participation fees. If you’re not qualified, please register your organisation with Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) or visit hrdf.gov.my for more information.
